They contain (a) the General Terms of Service (Terms) that govern your use of and access to all of our website, mobile sites, and mobile applications (collectively, our "Sites and Applications"), as well as our provision of products and services.
Delivery
Home delivery and in-store order pickup!
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $50 before taxes. In some cases, additional fees may apply depending on the size and weight of the package. A team member will contact you before invoicing. *
Your package will be in good hands! Free delivery is made via a reliable carrier and delivery times can vary between 3 and 10 days during certain busier periods.
We will send you a tracking number via email so you can track it. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can contact us anytime at achats@lordphoto.ca or by phone at 450-348-7569.
For more urgent packages, we work with an express carrier between 24 and 48 hours. The fee for photo finishing is $24.99 and for photographic equipment, the fee is $29.99.*
Shipping charges are taxable. This excludes overweight products such as printers, studio backgrounds, and certain cameras and studio equipment. We will contact you if this is the case and offer a solution for these types of products.*
Please note that estimated delivery times begin when your package is on its way home!
For photo finishing, some items may take up to 10 days to produce. Please refer to the production time note indicated for each product.
For photographic equipment, we will process your order the same day and prepare for shipment. Please note that companies do not collect packages on Saturdays and Sundays.
in-store pickup
In-store pickup is safe and free! This is also an opportunity for us to fully explain the merchandise you've chosen and suggest the accessories you need for proper operation!

Easy returns
Lord Photo Inc. is committed to providing impeccable customer service. Your complete satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we would like to inform you that all merchandise is exchangeable or refundable within ten (10) days of the purchase date. Certain conditions apply.
Return policy
Here is the repayment period:
- Ten (10) days following purchase in physical store;
- For web orders, twenty (20) days apply from the delivery date.
In the event that an item is missing or broken, a refund request must be made within seven (3) days of receipt.
Certain items are not eligible for a refund:
- Special order items;
- Large format printers.
Refund conditions
Our employees ensure that all returned items are free of breakage and signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
- The original invoice is missing;
- The item is not in its original packaging;
- The item is broken or shows signs of use.
How to return a product
Contact a representative by email or phone. If one of our products does not meet your needs, you can contact a customer service representative by phone at 450 348-7569 or by email at info@lordphoto.ca.
You can also visit our store to return your merchandise. Make sure you have your receipt on hand and meet all refund requirements to avoid unnecessary trips. We're located at 45 Boulevard Saint-Luc in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Guarantee
New products
All our new products come with the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.
All warranties are limited by distributor and product category. Distributor warranties cover manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover any damage or breakage caused by external factors.
Any product under manufacturer's warranty is sent to their repair center for processing. Shipping and handling charges ($20) will be paid by the customer.
Used products
Any used product sold by Lord Photo comes with a three (3) month parts and labor warranty following purchase.
Exclusions
The warranties do not cover rental costs, losses caused by a defect and any other collateral damage.
Law 29 - Availability Guarantee
What is the uptime guarantee?
This is a free guarantee provided for in the Consumer Protection Act. It provides that if a good that is the subject of a contract is likely to require maintenance work, the merchant and the manufacturer of this good must make available, for a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, the following 3 elements:
- spare parts;
- repair services;
- the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the goods (instructions, software, etc.), in French.
The availability guarantee applies to goods that may require maintenance work. Furthermore, its application is limited in time: it is applicable for a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is not applicable where a manufacturer or trader exempts himself from this guarantee by notifying the consumer in writing, before the conclusion of a contract, that he does not provide spare parts, repair services or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the goods covered by the contract.
